Many Thoughtly users deploy AI agents for lead generation, appointment booking, and customer follow-up. While Zcal is already accessible via Zapier, a direct integration would allow for more seamless scheduling workflows — enabling bots to create, modify, and confirm appointments in real time without third-party delays or reliability concerns. This enhancement would unlock a smoother user experience, especially for teams relying on AI for appointment-heavy processes in sales, healthcare, and services.

While Mazaal is already available through Zapier, a native integration with Thoughtly AI would dramatically streamline workflows, reduce latency, and improve reliability for users managing AI-driven call automation. Thoughtly users often rely on prompt-based data collection, lead qualification, and follow-up tasks — all areas where Mazaal’s automation and pipeline syncing features shine. This is a dashboard for AI Agencies to visualize workflow activity and bill their clients. They integrate with n8n, vapi and all the other successful workflow systems. An integration with them would give you a lot of exposure as agencis grow with what chat-dash integrations offer. Also ActivePieces is not integrated yet. So you could be first. Unless you want to offer dashboard to agencies yourself this is a great way to expand.
