Fix Triggers running prematurely

Triggers are running prematurely, at least when it comes to the Google Sheets trigger “New or Updated Row”. Despite having a required Trigger column, it seems the Mazaal program completely ignores this setting and begins to run the moment a new row is created even when the trigger column has yet to be filled out. This is really frustrating and needs to be fixed.

This is not a feature request, it’s a bug.
